BTW if you need a good working website/template, I can suggest you a place where you can find thousands of free ones to immediately carry on with your work -- try Google.
You may use that $15/month to buy some good things for the poor children in your vicinity in turn.

The saying you get what you pay for is true.
I started about 2 years ago here with no budget - then i built a blog spot site, did some affiliate marketing and invested any earnings. I would then rinse, outsource (to repeat) and focus on bigger projects.
Now, 2 years on I am full time IM (and a little drunk) but you should aim a little higher.
Remember - you pay peanuts, you get monkeys.
