as the title say.
i need a VCC which can remove paypal limits, if you can, please provide your skype in reply

it will accept visa cum debit card to credit in your VCC with a very small service fee
so you can use that vcc for your paypal or any other online money transact service for years.

entro pay do not work for me. and pofigy 's vcc do not work on limited paypal s. any one else selling?
