Make instagram reel viral for new pages

Hello everyone, I created a new page on Instagram dedicated to motivational quotes for female CEOs, where I'd like to sell some digital products. I've started creating a reel every day, aesthetically pleasing with captions and phrases as suggested by Instagram gurus. However, the views seem to be stuck at 30/40, while on TikTok, I've gained 900 followers in just a couple of weeks, with some even reaching 700. :(

I'm considering giving a little boost on Instagram by purchasing views from panels and getting real comments (I've noticed these services are available now) or encouraging saves and shares to give a small initial boost. Is this possible, or do I risk hindering the growth by buying interactions? Has anyone managed to make reels go viral by purchasing small boosts in the beginning? Is there a proven method that works? The alternative is to go for organic promotion, but I don't want to spend too much there either.

I tried to create ads, but they were not accepted because it claims I promise unreal things. However, it's not true; I simply said that there's no need to create digital products from scratch, but rather, one can resell those already ready. I think ads about making money online are not liked by Instagram!
 
Hey! Fuck ads first off lol, whenever you buy ads from platform they will limit your reach after the campaign so then you have to go back.

Here is the method I created to go viral on reels.

- We have a bank of thousands of child accounts that are setup as attractive models (not specific to client).
- The child accounts repost the mother's recent reel to their story and ghost tag 10-15 users from a targeted user list (targeted users do not know that others are tagged)
- The story will say something like "omg check out my hot friend" with the reel attached
- The "mentioned you in their story" will stay at the top of the targeted users notification feed for 24hrs (it is the highest form of engagement you can do right now that will get the users attention)
- Instagram noticing a large number of story shares and users interacting with the post via a story reshare will cause IG to push the reel heavily and virality will follow.

Hello , do you sell this kind of service?
And what about views from panels? Do you know if them affect the reach if I don’t use them anymore ? It’s better if I wait that some of my reel goes viral?

Does the location of child accounts matter?

I know this thread is from 2023, so sorry for bumping it.
 
Buying views or comments can temporarily boost visibility but often harms long-term growth by triggering Instagram's spam detection and reducing organic reach. Focus instead on strategic engagement—use trending audio, niche hashtags, collaborate with micro-influencers, and prompt authentic saves/shares to grow sustainably.
 
If you plan on getting engagement from social media services, you could hurt the accounts trust score if the followers you get happen to be bots. I suggest you look into automation tools to grow the account. We have over 1000+ accounts and that is what we are doing.
