Make HTML / CSS Valid By W3 - Possibly Long Term

Well I have a project that I am doing at the moment for a client who wants their website to be valid threw W3. The template was downloaded at a free template website. Anyways I have 2 pages at the moment to be validated. I don't think this will be very complicated for someone with experience... I just haven't dealt with doing validation.

Please give me your lowest quote for 2 pages... I think there is less than 90 fixes to make within the 2 pages and the job can possible become long term for both of us if the site is validated. Please pm me if interested!
