I see you're from the uk, post this up in gumtree (I've done it myself before) and you should get some people to take you up on the offer.
Then if that works buy a reseller hosting account somewhere and get people to buy hosing directly from you to maximize profits

Yep try gumtree or an offline advert in your local newsagents or deliver some flyers in your local area.

Sweetdude, what some people are trying to tell you is that here is BHW, almost everyone knows the dirty tricks to get everything that the majority out there is paying for. Like: WP templates and many other stuff.
I value your effort in taking action to rise some money. But here doesn't seem to be the right place for this kind of offer.
Here people want things more specific as plug-ins, personalized site, and things of the nature.
If you want to proceed with this idea, then, open a twitter account and create a site with this promotion and spread the word. this will be much more effective, 'cause will get people that are willing to pay for that. And there are many out there, trust me.

i also appreciate the op, but u must try this on freelancing type website and forums people will be much more intrested there.The Reason more member are reg here is that they want to make some $$$ for there already built websites and business's.
