Make Firefox Completely Anonymous for Account Creation?

Firfox doesnt allow it to write to the registry or access file system objects from within webpages.

instead of clearing cookies etc (except flashcookies) you can start Private Browsing Mode. It leaves you with a clean window and no cookies/history.

The best portable browser I have found for single account use is called Iron, it is a security fork of Google Chrome. The only drawback is you have to set up IP like in IE, with LAN settings. Make a shortcut to each browser instance, and append -incognito to the run command. This will keep you from entering a "tracked account at any time. I am sure you can do the same with ff for private browsing. There is also a portable version of LastPass that you can put into the plugins so that you do not have to remember pass accounts for each account.

I use Iron for my automation setups as it handles screen real estate better and I use Jython alot for OCR and screen instance recognition, but portable FF is better for IP setting, as you can just plug in a good proxy for each account browser and let er rip. If you want to change other factors, spoofing the browser info is a good start, but remembering to set IPs to single accounts and being consistent (never logging in under another account under wrong IP) can keep your accounts alive alot longer...

If you Google iron browser differences than chrome you will get a list of security features that have been implemented.

As said above, just use TOR, with Firefox Portable.

But some websites "detects Tor", like PayPal, ...
(Ex : If you create PayPal accouts under Tor, you will be quickly limited)

Every Browser has a Fingerprint* with whom you can be identified.

from all variables combined like

language
size
country
useragent
plugins
etc

combined into a fingerprint

I would post a link where you can check this but not possible yet.

Personally I would recommend to use a VM and user serveral browsers (portable and installed) and use different proxys of course!
