No idea what I did differently this time, but I got it to work.

First time I tried it several times, with no luck. The furthest I got was I got the site up and running with ads, but it wouldn't display any of the pictures I added.

Saw this topic get bumped, so I thought I'd try again, and it worked. Now to start advertising this badboy.

So how much can one expect in a month's time using this method?

Guys, this Funny Pictures niche is not as easy to make money in as some want to make you think. I bought the Dumbduck (DamnLOL clone) theme a couple of weeks ago, but it was full of errors which I've spend the last 10 days on fixing, + $50 on outsourcing some stuff I couldn't fix on my own. The creator offers no help of value, before I bought the theme he was like "of course I will help you..!!" after I bought it "I'm too busy right now" What I'm saying is, don't expect everything to work right out of the box if you download one of these various themes flooding around out there, it also takes a serious amount of SEO work + marketing if you want to get noticeable traffic. If you want to prevent becoming "just another DamnLOL website" you have some serious work ahead of you, unless you happen to be one out of a million people who already have a fan page with 100.000 + subscribers that are willing to jump all over your website and click on your Adsense ads immediately, do not expect to earn serious money until you've established a somewhat unique / standout brand, which can take several months. So " how much can you expect to earn on this niche?" It all depends on how much you are willing to spend on marketing, getting an exact match domain helps with free traffic, however you need at least 1000 visitors per day in order to pull a decent amount of cash per month.
