You need to address your IP aswell.... ANY time you log into eb@y your ip address is stored on their system FOREVER!! Log in with a different a/c with the same IP and your a/c's are linked.
You can use proxies, im starting to think this isnt a good idea either. Keeping the ip within the same area or city would be safer.
Alternatively you could use a VPN. Most charge about $20 per month.

Makes me think folks should be warned NEVER to log into their ebay account from a public library...if anyone else did so from the same library system, and their account was subsequently banned...you'd be next???
