How do you go about making an image look new? I want to rip of some images from google images, but when i post them online and right click the image and "search google for image" the image i ripped is first!

what do i need to do to the image to keep it looking the same but making Google not find the same image?

Alter the photo as much as you can without completely ruining it in Photoshop or some other photo editing program.

Flip it, colorize it, saturate it, brighten it, etc.

Also delete the meta data when you upload the image.

Yea, I also support watermarking that image with something and that should change the image all together. But it appears that Google has developed an algorithm, that distinguishes the watermarking on an image - so maybe you can start cropping it instead, or put it into a frame, etc.

Use Faststone Photo Resizer and use all the options to edit the image as said above. You can save the settings as a template so you can use it again and again. Before searching again on Google images to check if it can be matched to the original one you need to delete cookies.

It is important to remove original image metatags using exit tool, and exif tool gui. And also you need to modify the image in photo editing software.

But you can also use pictures from pixabay for examples for free.

Flipping the pics horizontally should do the trick. If the pics don't have writing on them, the orientation doesn't matter usually.

Use Faststone Photo Resizer .

Thanks, hadn't heard of that tool before, it looks decent too;
  • Convert and Rename images in batch mode
  • Support JPEG, BMP, GIF, PNG, TIFF and JPEG2000
  • Resize, crop, change color depth, apply color effects, add text, watermark and border effects
  • Rename images with sequential number
  • Search and replace texts in the file names
  • Preview conversion and renaming
  • Support folder/non-folder structure
  • Load and save settings
  • And much more...
