make a website like zospay

I want to make a website like zospay.com but I will only accept certain trusted people to this website, in which country should I have a company and which country's virtual pos should I use to make this website and start receiving payments. I have no problem with the budget, I just don't want to have a problem with the payment gateway and I want to convert incoming credit card payments into crypto and process their payments safely to the users of my website. in this project I will only allow digital product sales. (game cheats etc.)
