Make a video unrecognizable by YouTube copyright detection

Need to avoid this on my upload

This video can’t be uploaded. It contains a copy of content from a video we’ve previously removed due to a copyright removal request.

I have no time to bother with it so I just pay someone like $50-100 or something here. Video should stay mostly like original, do not edit the sound if possible and small changes on video if anything. Once it works you will be paid

I'm Not Sure there is a way to do that, It a Bot That Flagged it
