Hi, I've got an idea for a way to strengthen my site in googles eyes. I'm writing it here to share with other's who might find it useful, and to get feedback from people who can tell me why this idea is shit

I'm only really interested in people seeing 2-3 well writtten pages on my wordpress site with affiliate offers. Google doesn't like small shitty sites like that. But I've got a plan.

I'll create TONS of crappy incomprehensible/stolen+spun/translated back and forth multiple times/whatever posts to make my site look big to google. Shouldnt be too hard to make posts unique when you have NO quality requirements.. Spun as hell, or whatever. It needs to look legit to google, but that's it.. All those posts will have categories and tags, so there will be a big internal link structure, because of all the extra category/tag pages that are automatically created. In my footer or on my front page or somewhere, i will create a hidden link pointing to a category page, so the crawlers find all the crappy posts, but my visitors will not.
I will have a navigation bar from the entire site pointing only to the 2-3 well written pages.

Pros: I get a huge as fuck site with little effort. Google likes huge as fuck sites and rank me well.

Cons: If I accidentally rank on some of my posts my visitors will go WTF is this. Too much effort compared to the benefits(?)

First off, what are you trying to accomplish?

Google will see your crappy quality content and will not rank you high no matter how unique it is. The more you spin it, the crappier it gets. It can distinguish when a article is high quality and a article that is crap.

A high quality article is going to get ranked higher compared to a spun article that is spun 50% or more.

Secondly, this is really pointless since you are not accomplishing anything.

If you think you could make your website look big to Google this way, everyone would be doing it.

That's not gonna work Captain. At one point or another your sites gonna be deindexed. Plus, whats the advantage of filling Google's index with crap anyways? It won't rank and Google's got bots that check the readability of a pages content, which is why that crap probably won't be indexed anyways.

Don't waste your time on this. The reason that Google likes "large" sites isn't because there's a ton of pages on the domain. They like it because those tons of pages gets visitors, links, and eventually ranks well as its content that Google's users could benefit from.

You are focusing too much on the spinning. There are other ways to make an article unique. Like translate from another language, or use seo20s rewriter.

But you're saying it won't have an effect. I dunno, you might be right.
If I have 300-500 pages on my site, all with text including the keyword im trying to rank for and all pages linking to my main money page. Don't you think that will have an effect?

No way to go. Google judges about the quality of the content and looks for things like correct grammar and spelling, too. So it will look to google as what it exactly is: a totally blownup shithouse.
