Make a Own Affiliate Program for Leads

i try my best to explane my idea.
I want to make a own affiliate programm which-
-the the affiliate can see if a customer convert to a "sell" (maybe possible to change status)
-the affiliatee can see his comission

For me is also important to see from which affiliate comes the lead to tell apart form the affiliates

Yes,but it is hard to scale bcz of nature of php(it allows only horizontal scaling).best option is to use serverless technology.
