First off sorry about the title,

but please read this post. I found a really good keyword in the beauty niche and am panning my largest project up to now.

My Domain is exact match and I am currently banging my head around the question what kind of site I should be making. In regards to SEO I probably should be going for a blog.

But I find it quite hard to get a blog to convert decently. All the other websites in my niche look like they wouldn't convert.

If you could post an example of a good converting wordpress blog that would be great.

Another question I have is internal linking structure. Do I try to get my blog post ranked for that keyword and directlink to a cpa or do I push my linkjuice to another page of my site reviewing a few products. Every answer is greatly appreciated.

Some of the best blogs I come across are informative and helpful with lots of pages of content relating to the CPA product (subtly). I personally don't run any blogs as such but i have a question.

Just the one keyword or lots of variants? I am sure there will be more than one. Think about how you can theme the site around the main phrase.

Yes I am targetting three or four keywords of which two are good and should be easy to rank for.

The real good blogs I have come across have lots of content, too. Though it seems they keep it as far away from there main domain as they can. Kinda tricky in Wordpress will try to find some way.
