I believe this will decrease spamming and help people who are looking for interesting commentaries, also help them join the conversation.

I was thinking about maybe a border in the post, also showing which member might have quoted it...

Of course not, if anything highlighting troll commentaries would just make it faster to be deleted, as at the same time many people would see and report it. Also this is a feature to prevent mindless spam and repetitive commentaries, things that I see a lot on forums these days.
