I had a jerkoff rob me of 2k, i was purchasing a site and sent the money via paypal for his files to upload on my host. Thinking i was protected by paypal he never sent the files, quickly put his money into his bank. And paypal is not going to refund the money because they say is a "service" or virtual item. Well i am willing to pay $300 to anyone that can find some info on this guy and help me to get my funds back. Or can tell me what to do to get it back. Thanks. If i get the money back or make this guys life a living hell shoot me your info and i will pay the $300, but i really want to get my money back!!!

Privacy Regged Domain... I don't know much about DMCA but maybe you can say that one of his videos is yours, and he doesn't have rights to it, send an email to his host with DMCA order and maybe you can get his info that way?
 
how I see, the sites IP is 173.203.122.109 - which belongs to a hosting company called rackspace. if you can prove that the owner scammed you, i mean, you have mails, screenshots etc, you can contact them and ask about the owner...I'm not sure if they will they will tell you anything tho..just an idea..
 
also, if you follow his footer links, you can reach a site called onlinejokerster - where the registrant name is Arnoud Bolle...dunno...just another thought ;)
 
how did you fund your paypal? if it was with a CC I would chargeback.

yeah i used my masterdebit.. good thing cause paypal sucks i see.. one thing, was he sent a blank cd to my address. family member signed for it but the thing is he kind screwed himself maybe because as a digital product it wasnt suppose to be physical, so why send the cd? so he can try to "prove" to gaypal that he sent something as know this tracking code is in my backoffice. BUT he obviously doen't know that non reciept of product can be issued and forces gaypal to look deeper into it. Nothing thing is its not my sig.. so we will see.. but yeah i took out a mastercard charge back on him.. dont think he is a memeber here.. i could care less.. i am going to get my money!!!

i would have to disagree as i have a bounty out.. its about making money.. dont know if he is a member.. its money first, complaint second. but thanks..
