Make $8 in a day?

I'm trying to start my first IM business, however, I'm short on money. I want to buy a .net domain for $12 and I have $4 in my Paypal account. I've tried Fiverr with no luck, Postloop with no luck, GPT with not much luck, and PPD doesn't really pay instantly so are there any other ways to make $8 in a day? I can do graphic design and I'm knowledgeable about computers. I appreciate all the help I can get.

If you have good writing skills try article writing, you can earn some starting money or if you gain a good knowledge in article writing and have a skill to do it better than Steve (random guy) you can make a good month profit. There are a lot of people who are looking for very talented article writers.

Welcome and good luck. Something is a little off if you're a graphic designer and can't get Fiverr to go. What type of jobs are you posting? Was it one gig and done? How did you promote it?

Here's some ideas (small jobs, you can then upsell to bigger gigs):

Logo Design
Avatar Design
Icon Design
Banner Design
Facebook Timeline Cover design
Twitter Background design
Facebook Post Image Design
Tumblr Post Image Design
Forum Sig Design
Ebook Cover Design

Shop around other gigs for ideas. Do searches for graphics. Copy other peoples gigs plus add your own spin/upsell (Buy a logo for a fiverr and get a free banner / blog header / etc.)

Post your gigs in a forum (like BHW Marketplace) and tell people you'll do 3-4 review copies per gig. Build up a portfolio. Request testimonials. Sell to BHWers for $4 direct instead of through Fiverr.

Duplicate in (I'm gonna get flamed but here goes) Digital Point, Warrior Forum, eMoneySpace, etc forums' respective marketplaces.

To make that first bill, ya gotta be hustlin' playa!

PS - I'm surprised Postloop didn't work for you. It's an easy $5 in a day if you bust your ass posting in different forums (I usually try to do 1 post or less per forum per half hour... it weighs you based on frequency).

A .net domain? I know I can buy a .me domain for $0.98. However, I've tried looking. The really cheap ones are unreliable. Namecheap has a coupon where you can buy the domain for ~$10. Thanks for the help!

Why not get a .com?

I know article writing has already been mentioned but it is something you should put serious thought into.

Not only is it a very quick way to generate income, but it would be a good fallback if you need to earn quick money in the future.

Also, there is a strong chance you are going to need content for your own website and article writing will be great practice.

If you are short of the $8 you need to buy a domain name then having the ability to write your own content is going to be essential in the short term.
