Programming is a cheap skill nowadays, tons of 3rd world country coders for very low rates but if you learn how to sell yourself you can get some clients.
Try reddit for hire too.
In the meantime learn SEO and marketing on here. You'll make more money than on Fiverr.

You need to have a traffic source first. I would start building a blog.
Without traffic you'll have to spam manually in social media, Quora, reddit. Maybe code a bot for Quora.
If you're into automations you can do AM like @lucky.sparks, check his journeys, plenty of info.

It looks promising but rank well on Google these days for some newbie to get some organic traffic is very hard. Competition is huge even for micro niche.

Get a job, will take at least 6 months understand everything and get a sailing method going for $500 month if your very lucky.
