Let me see...a failure story. Ok, well I translated thousands of words of content semi-automatically from one language to another, posting it as "original content" on my site, hoping to get loads of pages indexed and then loads of adsense money. So far I've had 5 impression on the site, of which I'm pretty sure at least 4 were me.
I once wrote an article for AC, got paid $4, and then realized the $4 was forever locked in my fake US paypal account. The bastards.
I once did a job for $0.10 on Microworkers. That was a real low point.
I've never bought an ebook because I was convinced they were all bullsh**. But I did download some like a sharecash one and failed completely with that.
I once built a really nice whitehat site that gets $0. To hell with whitehat.
Overall I've made a decent profit from some of my own spin offs, but it's been a hard slog. I'm thinking of hitting the Maccie D counters again if I haven't made my first $bil by November.
I once spammed a few emails out and got someone threatening to take me to court. I told them to lick my pu***. I think they actually liked the idea.
Ha $.10 story is funny, thanks heaps, people say work out what your can be passionate about and right now, im just passionate about not failing at this...
$billion should be easy by Nov, just find a niche you care about like "setting up your own day care at home" or "how to tie a bow in my little girls hair" anything really as long as you care about it and then make an ebook with upsells to private coaching...
Make at least $10K per day...... easy
Take that and invest in a pimp empire of home based sluts talking dirty on the phone getting guys to put their credit cards into your prove your over eighteen site......easy
bill them all $100 monthly, refund rate will be about 50% so you only need to get 4 million credits put in and bill them for 5 months .....easy

Interesting post, I've been there too, lots of work, no reward. But reading around the forum, lots of the now successful guys have too, and so it is keep at it and learn from your techniques.
In your post, you say you made $250 from Sniper and $20 -$100 since you left it. I don't know much about it, but can you not expand on this? something is working slightly there for you to see these numbers! Work on multiplying them up and fine tuning it.

First of all! yup! all methods here are saturated. No one will ever post a method here that is actually working.
Methods that are posted here are just a blue print. If you want to use them try to edit it to make it unique.
I've done that last few years ago. but i started to learn here that if you combine all you've read, you can come up a good method.
This pretty much sums up what you should be doing with the methods and stuff you're learning from here. Learn everything you can and come up with an idea or use a method on here with your own twist or put two methods together with your own twist.
If there's something you're passionate about, which also happens to coincide nicely with an online idea which has potential to make money, which isn't already saturated, then yes, very good.
I think the most important thing is to make your own method as others are now saying more and more too. I haven't made more than $0.01 an hour from methods I've copied, but once I changed them into something a bit different it was much easier!

I've never read any eBook that worked 100%. But I've combined all of them and finally I found a method that actually works. But took me almost two years to finally find my own method. So, never give-up! Always take a notebook with you and everytime something came in to your mind, write it down! Someday you'l find a way to earn online

I am going for the big time here, as I am pissed off. Ok, I made 6k-10K profit last month, but I worked my ass off for it and 'working my ass off' is not my plan for life.
Lately, I find sites that are making serious cash, I clone them, then I market them better then they can. Yesterday, I got 2K visitors from a site that is 2 days old. From now on I am thinking about high-concept ideas. If i fail at 99 this year and 1 works, I will be happy. I am on about sites that will make me 10-20k a month. I am sick of 18 hour days, but it shall continue.

To my mind it's the IMer style of life. We all have a lot of ideas to implement, but only few of us take some action, and who does - gains a great success.
I think you rock!! bring on the big concept and push it, I am getting rid of all my shit sites and focusing on one site now.
Must say its sooo much harder to do something properly, its like a different mindset, I used to care and craft so I must still be able to do it. It has been a nice holiday to just do crap but now its time to work like a mo fo..
punching out a plan for six weeks, then delivering the brief of the site to programmer by end of day...

But really I started off depressed as hell thinking maybe I should hang it all up too. Then I found some great inspiration and ideas along the way.
As for stories of failure... geez where should I start?
The most recent was 5r. When I realized that I promised to make a gazillion blog comments, the buyer wanted specific language from specific profile types over 3 weeks instead of 2, and my very first comment wasn't "right" for the blog audience. That's when I realized that even tho I need to eat I have to draw the desperation line somewhere.
... I started off thanking people, but there were so many great posts I got tired. If you said something funny or helpful or funny consider yourself thanked.
