I had a chat with the OP guy. I haven't heard anything back since I said I wouldn't want to change bank accounts to his own on the accounts. I have other advert stuff on the account I had spare so wasn't willing to do that.

The guy seems like a nice chap but as said, if you're not wanting to have your account using his bank details then it might not work in your favour.

It is better for you to buy an account and be paid on the payoneer. What is the problem? For 2500$ you can buy 100 UK AdSense accounts.

This looks like it should be for the sale of an aged Adsense account.
OP is asking to change the bank account details. He should also ask to change the logins. Otherwise the original owner could change the banking details back just before the payout deadline.
So if he is spending 10k to generate 20k, the original owner could change the bank back and get 20k instead of 2500. Way too much temptation to work as a JV.
