If the page were to contain pictures of naked women what kind of disclaimer would be needed if any in the us.

when your site example was working I noticed that it had pictures of women on it had a picture of drew barrymore on it with her private parts cobered. Is it because they are covered that they dont require a disclaimer does this type of page not require a disclaimer.

It's called a 2257 statement and as long as you're not in the united states I wouldn't really worry about it. It's a record keeping "law" to prove the people shown in the material are over 18 years old. It really only applies to people producing/selling porn.
Hell... even if you're in the united states I wouldn't worry about it unless you plan on operating membership sites that provide PORN. I'm US based and have tons of adult free sites and I'm not worried about it one bit since I'm just promoting others membership sites that have 2257 statements visible.

I dont operate one I just want to do this method. If there are no naked pictures do I require a 2257 statement as I would never direct them to a site with real naked celebrity pics?

my personal opinion.... yes you'd be fine especially if they're of celebs that are known to be over 18 years old
btw, I'm not a lawyer but from my PERSONAL experiences (been an adult webmaster 5 years) there's nothing to worry about as long as you get the pictures from someone that has content with a 2257 statement that you can provide someone if they ask questions.

Is it after the 1st page where I enter my email, or the second page where I enter my name, addy, or the third page where it gives me even more crap to do?

It depends on the offer your using. But most email submits - require just the email submission so its the first page. Most offers should tell you what page is required to be compelted to get the commission.

If you are having a touch time getting people to your offer - then it is probably your landing page. Make it more attractive - offer a teaser make them want to enter their email. Here's a lil help c3lebdefam3r.c0m or somethign to those lines - just google it you'll find it.
Id say 10% is pretty low in my opiniion. B/c if there really willing to enter your site - it already shows that they really want those pictures.

Look...some people aren't going to fall for this crap. They are that dumb. Forget those people. You want to target the dumbest mfers out there.
Most people just aren't going to click thru to the offer. The key is volume. Let's remember you are also attracting horny dudes looking for pics of naked celebs, many of them have seen this scam before elsewhere and they aren't going to fall for it.
Fuck them...aim for the low-hanging fruit, bro.
