. Good Idea but for the weight loss part one would have to smoke crack or something seeing you have other people walking the 5 miles..lol

Speaking of homeless/cans, my kids and I have been doing something that I once read about. We rinse out our bottles and cans that we use, and we put them in a trash bag. When the bag is filled up, I put it in the trunk of my car. Since I am out a lot it doesn't take long to see a homeless person walking about. I stop and give the bag to them. It's a good feeling to see the joy that it brings them.
 
Do good to others and it will come back on you 10 fold.
