Well, the answer is yes to all.
the only links to my site are from articles on article directories.
All web 2.0 link randomly to each other.
I include other links only when the site is few months old.
I put around 8-16 articles per site and build to each one a network of web 2.0 linking to it.

It's possible, but will take you a lot of time, and the whole ideal is to make a lot of these sites.
If you do it manually, to create 20 web 2.0 blogs will take you few hours, and with the tools, few minutes.
I just googled it and you're right it's a copy past from another forum :smashfrea , but WTH , it's gonna give noobs something to work on and start earning some money , BTW i like the concept of the idea it can bring you some good amount if you know how to choose the right keyword .

If you are making some good coin from the site, hire some writers to produce some quality articles, use those for spinning and SENuke'n and you'll be in a great spot. If you don't have the resources for writers, use an autoblogging plugin like WPRobot to get started or do some writing yourself.
Fastest / best way to get started- buy a domain that has your exact main keyword in it, setup a wordpress blog, upload one of the many premium themes you can find on this forum to make it look good, and you're set!
