Way to run your mouth before knowing the fact.s I should have quoted, but i said that when his entire post was just his first sentense. so it was just 'there are some methods in the ac forum' and that was it. hence me saying useless. but now I see he actually made a good method.

Either that, or browse the proxy section of BHW, there are plenty of other forums, blogs and sites with thousands of daily updated proxies.
The tricky part is getting them approved by AC Proxy Checker, but if you get 10k - 20k lists, you will always find at least 10 - 30 working proxies.

Just click the BHW logo to go back to the blackhat main forum, you will find the proxy forum easily.

Installation info by Danny Relic
For XP:
1. Start>Run
2. Type in, "regsvr32" then drag and drop MSINET.OCX into the text field. This will put the filepath into the box.
3. Hit enter.
4. It should say something about "register succeeded."
5. Repeat with comdlg32.ocx
6. You are good to go.
For Vista:
1. Start>Run
2. Type in "cmd" then press CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER.
3. At the top of the command prompt, the title should have the word "ADMINISTRATOR" or "ADMIN" or something like that in it. I don't know which it is, since I don't have Vista...
4. Type in "regsvr32" and then [SPACE] and then type in the filepath to MSINET.OCX into the command line.
5. Press Enter.
6. It should say something about "register succeeded."
7. Repeat with comdlg32.ocx
8. You are good to go.

You have to verify them all in AC Proxy Checker first, if usually takes a while, just open some 3 - 4 instances of the checker and load some huge proxy lists into it, in average you will get only 5 - 10 working proxies from each 1000 public proxies, but if you invest some time in finding proxies, you'll be able to find at least some 40 a day, which is enough to see some money come in, after that, if you like this method, just purchase some private proxies and you'll have a lot more working proxies.

have you tested those with AC Proxy Checker, have you follow the installation rules, if in Vista, are you using AC Perfomance Booster as admin, have you any kind of software or router firewall limiting connections?
Check all this things and report back.
