Reddit flags frequent IP changes because it usually means automation or multi accounting even if you’re using the same city.
Static resi isn’t perfect either it can look suspicious if shared by too many users. Your best bet is low rotation residential (session length 24h+) or mobile proxies with stable sessions.

i was using decodo and trying to set it to 24 hours and their setting for proxies suck. it keeps changing despite putting 24 hours. i just use a mobile now
