Nothing strange happens from time to time, have heard a lot of people complaining about it in the past. Wait for some time, ie, two-three weeks, and see then if something has changed and if your ranking has improved. If not, you will maybe have to rethink your strategy and change something in the optimization process or check what your competitors are doing to receive higher positions.

google just completed their November core update.
so might be seeing fluctuations.

It's a reviews update... it has been running for a week (will take 3 weeks to complete as per google).
So no wonder reviews are affected.
