MAJOR Discrepancies in SERPS

Hi everyone,

I recently ranked for a keyword with about 3,000 exact monthly searches, and after doing some SEO, I can see it on #5 on my own SERP results.

Here's where it gets weird:

1. A check on scroogle.org ranks my site at #1

2. For a SPLIT SECOND before the search results load, I see myself at #1, but after that I am pushed down to #5 a few major sites. These DO NOT appear to be ads.

3. While I see my site at #5 on my browser, I am directed to my page after clicking 'I'm Feeling Lucky' (which brings you to the #1 result)

4. A check on SEScout, seoserp, and SEObook's Rank Checker all show me at #11, but I am nowhere near page 2.

5. A check on pagewash.com and HideMyAss shows me at #5

WTF is going on?? If someone has any clue or is willing to help me out, that'd be greatly appreciated. I've been on the first page for a week but have yet to pull in any traffic.

Recent Panda updates and often, other sites need time to reflect the changes and don't always update in real time. The Panda party has everyone dancing at the moment.

That's weird - I'm getting a few clicks at #10 when it really should be at #1, I think.

You should see a site I'm working on. It's bouncing 350+ positions down and up multiple times for multiple keywords this week. We'll see where we land when the dust settles, lol.
