Hi, somebody knows, deleted backlinks still take part in tf+cf rank? or not?

for example: i have more than 1k RD with 0 TF and over100500 CF what would be better to do? Remove them? Do 301 redirect away by referer?

And how it increase rank? On example majestic? Also remove them from rank calculation or not?

Although they are shown in your backlinks as "deleted" they are not calculated in your overall TF/CF, i tested this multiple times by deleting and re-adding backlinks to see how it effects my TF/CF metrics.
And no it doesn't matter what you do, because there is no link between Google ranking and your majestic metrics.
