Writing 'Unmaintainable' code is nearly impossible anymore. Writing software for internet almost requires some form of maintenance as time goes on. If you write software for say SERP checking, you have to maintain it to keep up with the constant changes of google. Or with general frameworks. It's a good share as a whole, but pointless.
