I'd personally recommend Instagress if you're being paid to manage someone's Instagram accounts. Got nothing against, in fact I'll be using it within 2 - 4 weeks after my little venture is set in stone and ready to go. It's just $10/month might not be worth it at the start.
 
Is proxymillion giving dedicated proxies? I want to try the cheapest 25proxies = $19. If I am going to use proxymillion? What will be your recommended? 1 proxy per 1 account or can I use more than 1 account per proxy?

If you are specifically trying to churn and burn accounts, then go ahead and use 2 per proxy. But, if you actually want something long-term, then use 1.

I have last question? If I am going to run 250 account on massplanner? Isnt okay? And what will be the spec of my vps?
 
I wouldnt buy FL if I were you. Its unsophsticated compared to MP. I made the mistake of buying FL and now I cannot get a refund, because they dont even offer one. Smart on their part as many would jump on to MP if they could, Im sure. Still opted to buy MP now too, even though Im paying monthly now and have a useless FL licence. If anyone still finds the one off payment attractive in FL, I want to get rid of mine. PM me
