So my website is new and was ranking just fine in the main index till I started building back links, high quality guest post and niche edits to the homepage. It’s been about 4 weeks now and the homepage will rank strong in Florida on page 1 and some other states but will be non existent or a secondary page is ranking on pages 5+ that doesn’t exactly target the in other states.
I’ve never seen this before for a National keyword.
Should I maybe change the homepage content? It has a 95% SurferSEO score.
