    Hey guys,

I purchased it the other day and for the life of me cannot get it to send anything!

Heres my setup, maybe someone can see where i'm going wrong.

I create a basic message for testing purposes, fill in each of the 4 required fields at the top (name, from, reply, subject). then I move on to SMTP/Proxies, from here I select postcast server only so I can direct send as Im using a dedi server with multiple IPs. It greys out other options since accounts etc are not needed. I then do nothing with the proxy side and click next. Recipents is next, I just add 3 email adresses that I control for testing purposes, gmails, hotmails and a domain I own email.

I come over to the send tab and click send and get this error:

You are missing some data to begin sending. Please make sure:
-all text boxes in the composer are filed
-you have at least 1 SMTP server with at least 1 user account added
-you have at least 1 recipent added

I've done all of the things above and cannot get around this error. I've even removed my direct send option and tried entering my gmail smtp account info and get same issue.

    Please help? $5 paypal? :D

I am not too familiar with postcast servers, but so far...so good in terms of correctness here

    ok, so far...so good...

    ok, good to go...

I had this chat with another user today and their issue was resolved by simply adding the smtp from their Dedicated server in the SMTP area and clicking the Add button on the bottom left of that section.

I am unfamiliar with postcast, but this user found that the system works fine when they put their smtp details in and add email accounts to their server and add those as accounts. That is how I recommend doing it tbh. I will ask someone else about this to possibly be able to help, but there is definitely a setup error in this situation.

I wouldn't charge you if I could fix it for you. I guess the postcast server part is what throws me off...I will read more and ask someone that knows better than me on that.
