Mailing

I'm looking for someone to help me send our emails to our 300,000 subscribers. I have a budget of no more than $200 a month for hardware costs of renting dedicated servers, accounts, software, etc. So if you have done mailings of this size and you can help consult and help us set this up so we can do that then I'd be happy to pay you.
