Mailing Proxies?

Hello everyone, first of all, I searched and found nothing, do don't give me that.

I'm looking for proxies that can be used for mailing. I need them to be private and exclusive only to me.

If anyone knows of a good provider please share. If you are feeling generous but don't want to share with everybody you can PM me also. :tee:

From what I hear Socks5 are the best for mailing. Is this true?
