Mailing Proxies

I am kind of new to using proxies, but I would like to find some proxies to use that allow email connections. It seems all the ones I have tried give me this error message:

Connection error: Your proxy may not accept email connections

Is there a place like packetflip that is quality but allows email connections?

What type of proxy did you use ? Http or Sock? Try sock5.

Packetflip DOES NOT ALLOW SMTP outgoing mail on their proxies.
