Hello,
I need to mail a targeted mailing list of 5000 people.

How could I mail them without ending up in the junkfolder?

Verify the emails first - to get rid of bounces and fake ones.
Dot use spam words in email message and subject.
preferably dont use URL shorteners in message body.
dont send images in email.
Stay within hourly or daily allowed sending limits!

if its a scraped list then dont bother mailing such a short list..but if its targeted optin ones then use any service like elasticmail or aweber

If they want to opt-in then it is no problem since they want to receive email from you. If it's an email list that don't opt-in in your niche don't bother and be aware of CAN-SPAM
