I'm looking for an email marketing platform like Mailchimp where I can email a mailing list but make it look like they received a personal email from me instead of it being obvious it's from a mailing list because it has newsletter like formatting, unsubscribe buttons etc. Can anybody recommend one?

Most SMTP server - Bulk email sender will allow you to do this. Not the regular MailChimp, Getresponse, ActiveCampaign etc

Use GMass, it is the best option.

Unsubscribe is a healthy practice.

"If" you find a decent AR without unsubscribe link, chances are it will land spam 99.9% of the time. Unsub button/link exists for a reason

Will you ever add unsubscribe in a personal email?

When you mass email aka newsletter, cold, spam etc you must add it.

If you do cold emails the right way don't add it. Send personalized emails, get response, schedule a meeting and sell whatever you want.

If you don't need mass mailing, then your personal gmail or g suite is good enough

Go on fiverr & hire a freelancer to set you a smtp server up, it will be cheaper and more effective & with no sending limits

It's not. It works but it gets messy to follow up when you send 300 new emails daily. It is a lot easier to use mautic, Mumara or saas like woodpecker and alike.

Use regular Gmail accounts, or even better, Google Workspace accounts.
Arm these accounts with a scheduling automation tool like GMass/Mailmeteor/Mailshake/Lemlist/Saleshandy.
Mailmeteor works best for me. Choose yours.

u can use MTA + any mass mailing application. cheap things dosnt lasts long. if you want to earn grands you need to spend hundreds. fisrt thing first get a healthy email list with almost zero bounces. then warm them up. unsubscribe link surely helps you but totally depends on how u send.

Personally I'd keep unsubscribe. If they're not interested in converting, then they're not interested.
