hello all,
I have 3-4K emails that i want to send to emails to , i used Mailchimp but my content is against their rules so i cant use it.

Any other way i can mass send emails without them beeing marked as spam?

Try out MailerLite service. Probably one of the best choice when it's about email marketing stuff. :)

Still, let me recommend few more great alternatives.
1. ElasticEmail
2. SendGrid
3. SendPulse
 
GetResponse is the one I like. I think the first 30 days is still free. Check it out.
 
But why are they being sent as Spam? I use mailchimp a lot and my emails go straight to the people's main inbox

I used sendgrid before but Mailchimp has worked for me way better. Better interface too
