Has anybody using MailChimp dealt with these before? Basically they occur when someone marks your messages as SPAM from within their e-mail program. I was wondering does anybody know what number or threshold of "Abuse Complaints" is unacceptable? I sent about eight e-mails to a small (800 people) list and got around 5 of them total. I was wondering would that affect my messages hitting inbox for future reference or if MailChimp issued any kind of penalty for getting them? Thanks in advance.
