Mail Server Advice Needed

I am currently renting a correctly configured email semi server. Interspire + pmta rotating IP's and all the bells and whistles to make it work properly - which it does.

I need to send mass mails from different domains so I can handle multiple campaigns without the mails all appearing to come from one sender. How is this done? Any advice would be welcome.
