Sorry I'm not familiar with what you are trying to achieve but can't you just create those emails? It should be relatively easy to automate the creation process (at worst I imagine it would take some proxy rotation)

of course that you need a phone number and be sure that once mail.ru see a new IP address in your account they will send a code to that phone number... sometimes they check the account without reason, when you try to sign in you will not be able to continue until the phone is verified.

Probably a good idea to find a coder/tool that can automate the process. Captchas can be broken with a service, and often tools have integrations. It'll keep your costs down
