Mail Confusion!

Hello Blackhatters!

I'm preparing a set of mail to be sent to my target clients, but I can't find the name of the managers, directors, etc on the web. I searched throughout LinkedIn but I can't find a name of the person with a high rank in the company.

Do you think i should just start the letter with 'Dear "Company Name"' and just the name of the company written on the mail envelope?
Or do I need to call up the company and ask?

I would really appreciate answers.
