Magic Members

Is there anyone who has experience with magic members?

I am specifically interested in it for its integration with ccbill and epoch.

Sounds new to me. Hope anyone here would have checked it out.

I bought Magic Members and am coming up on the 30 day money back guarantee. The documentation is all in one pdf which makes it a pain to navigate. The support is quick to respond but I am starting to question how much this software is actively used. I have yet to get a fully working site. I find it interesting they have no forums. Forums aren't that hard to maintain and it lets people find the answers quicker. The only real reason you don't want a support forum for such a product is if you don't want to have to deal with everyone's displeasure publically. That and there is no 'trial', you purchase it upfront then get a refund.

Does anyone actually use this software? It seems to be 2 camps. People are who running some affiliate scheme and those who despise Magic Members. Anyone here have experience ? Willing to tell us what site it is used on ? What has me worried that Magic Members isn't serious software because it lacks

1) knowledge base. You HAVE to email them and wait for a response. (Seems great, but wtf ?)
2) No online documentation outside 1 pdf/videos. ( Videos !?! What am I, 12 years old?)
3) No forums.

All of the above seem to be what is typical of such a complicated piece of software. After all, it supports a dozen payment processors. Why is the documentation so strange ??

Thoughts ?

It really seems like they are trying a very labor intensive method of documenting/doing support. I just don't get it and see no evidence of real world usage. Bizarre.

Yes I've been using Magic Members for over a year now... It was a life saver for me that now earns me anywhere between $600 and $1000 a month.

I ran a free porn tube site for about 6 months before I transitioned into a pay site with magic members, so I already had a great deal of traffic coming in and lots of loyal visitors.

I use Epoch... took about 2 weeks to set up and it's pretty smooth running. Just faxed over some signed contracts and my bank info etc and they handled the rest.

Since using Magic Members I've probably earned about $8000, so it's been worth the investment so far.

I charge my members just $1.50 per month to access the premium videos (about 1,500 of them and counting) or a one off payment of just $12 for a whole year.

It's best to keep the prices low. I get sign ups around the clock... Every day people join.

Most my site has earned in a day was $120 from sign ups. Once the website is established it takes little work at all and earns you a nice side income.

I admit some parts of it are a little awkward, but for a tube site it does work really well.

I'm now lining up my second membership site around a different porn niche, that some time next year will transition.
