Magento & Payment Processor Cloaking

I'm looking for somebody with experience to assist me in cloaking an ecommerce store from their payment processor. (ie, payment processor believes the site sells a legit/low transaction fee products/products not in their ban list)

We're at the final stage and have just one last issue to resolve.
