Magento optimised cloud hosting provider!

Anyone knows if there is cloud hosting optimised for magento out there?

I read some people are running Magento on the Amazon cloud. I wanted to give it a shot since they have very fast servers and low, competitive prices but it just seemed way to complex to setup!

I guess you allready optimized everything for faster load times?
