I have a multi domain, multi language Magento setup. The products across the different domains are the same (Same SKU's) but the descriptions are different for each language. Some domains (country websites) share languages as explained below. This means some language descriptions need to be updated in several store views creating extra administration so we are looking for a solution to solve these duplicate tasks.
French product descriptions are ?shared? across the following sites: ?ourdomain.fr, ourdomain.be, ourdomain.ca, ourdomain.ch?
This is because French is used in France, Belgium, Canada and Switzerland for our sites
The Belgium site is in Dutch, French and English.
The Swiss site is in French, German, Italian and English.
When we need to update a description in French we need to do this 4 times
French store view for .fr French store view for .be French store view for .ca French store view for .ch
We would like to find a way to update one French description (in this example) and have that change update the other 3 store views at the same time.
If anyone knows of a method or extension to achieve this please let me know.
