Surely the graphics are automatically copyright?

this is what tv said above you "Also, nobody said you had to use their logo, or even their font. "

you dont just rip their shit. you use the idea and theme to make shirts etc

Does it really matter if its copyrighted or not? I highly doubt you are going to get found out by mafia wars and even if you do i'm pretty sure they'll just tell you to stop.

That was a very creative idea freethetv. But i am still not sure abut the part where you said, that you have to reach level 100 . Is that done by growing you mafia group or something ?

Zynga got some "Godfather shop" system, and a donation option.
Also got many ads inside the app.



Its nice idea, however i dont think people actually will buy t-shirt with facebook app on it.
If i would see someone with Mafia Wars T-shirt, god im gonna laugh badly.
