All my Ebay and paypal account has been suspended since few months i can only use Ebay as buyer not a seller, is there anything can be done, they are suspended for unlimited period.

Hey Madstacks,
You seem to be just the kind of person I am looking for. I am new to BHW so it wouldn't let me PM you, I am wondering, where can I get good VCCs to verify my paypal accounts? I have tried a few different real debit cards, but getting one without my real address seems to be super difficult and I keep running into a wall.
I have a few stealth accounts (each with a diff user name, ip address, gmail, paypal) and I would like to start using them since the one I am currently using is about to be frozen. The paypal account is asking for my ssn b/c of the "patriot act" and ebay has sent me an MC999 email, no longer letting me list new items until I can call in and confirm my identity...urghhh.
Also, when I buy a VCC, will I be able to put any address?

how could i get multiple address to use for my stealth account beside renting a p.o box od going to ups to get amail box is there is anything out there that gives you such a disposable addresses and does ebay check to match your address and last question what you do when you are being asked to verify your social security with ebay .thx

MadStacks here is my question and I hope you can help me out with it this question is, I am very experienced with these too

is it possible for pp to ban your IP range?

some highlights:
these accounts are premium(I heard pp is getting rid of the premium accs? which is silly I know) verified with regular bank, not added any VCC just bank or phone verified since I use gv
like I said accounts has GV phone numbers
they are suspended same day along with even very old accounts sitting and doing nothing which makes me think its the IP

I know how to create stealth accounts but if pp banned me IP range (if its even possible? could be many others within my range using the pp) if this is the case, do I have to change my ISP?
