I didn't use proxy or vps, im using dynamic ip. each time i logged in my accounts i'll reboot the ip. before this im using Et to withdraw money from all stealth accounts but as time goes by, withdraw money to ET makes high alert on pp system and can't use it anymore.. So usually i'll transfer fund to my main account before withdraw..

Okay I can see a few flaws in your method and I am going to point them out below:

1. Never always send money from many stealth accounts directly to your main PayPal account because
that creates a pattern and patterns is how they bust you. Break it up and build barriers between the accounts.

2. If you are constantly resetting your MAC and changing your IP Address then you are always logging into the
account with a new IP Address which is a bad thing. You want to sign in using the same IP as much as possible
and keep that IP for an account only. That is why I recommended a VPS.

Could you please define ET? I think we are resolving your issues just provide me with all the information you can.

Link a Payoneer card to your stealth account to help you withdraw is a decent method. Remember a VBA (Virtual bank account)
is only for verification purposes meaning you cannot withdraw your money to it.

Question that many seem to have problems with and no solution. Paypal has been asking many to confirm their actual location with a phone call. Call forwarding will not work. What do you suggest that is working today to confirm actual location with a phone when paypal ask? Thank you.

It is always a wise business move to never disclose how much money you earn on a public board
and you never need to ask. I can tell you that their is money in vero but it is risky. I support myself
full time and other ventures and it all started with eBay.

1. Am I missing something and I should look out for it?

Sounds like to me you have everything under control but make sure you are
dividing your cookies and footprints with a separate windows or mac user account

I just realized it was to verify location, disregard anything I was thinking you could use a prepaid sim card and I can provide it but for location you will need to have eBay verify you on a landline.

This happened to me once and my account got frozen which I will explain in a few here because I want to ask MadStacks some questions but moving forward. I ended up using a phone number from a hotel that i was staying in and they were nice enough to accept the phone call after i added their front desk number on my paypal and they gave me the code to input on eBays system. Everything was good until my account got frozen and they saw that my phone number and address on file were from a hotel...

Ok now MadStacks this is my questions:

I am a TRS on eBay with 300+ feedback with only one case counting against me and my DSR's have been moving down (that info is kind of tmi but i'm telling you anyway). I started the account for a friend and the account is under his name and his address. Also the paypal is under his name and his address.. The PAYPAL ACCOUNT IS FROZEN because of some transactions that went sour and were large amounts OUTSIDE OF EBAY (emphasize on the OUTSIDE OF EBAY). I took out 4k in cash from those transactions and when the account was finally frozen it is now negative 4k. Paypal decided to ended relationships with me. I haven't been able to receive payments already for 2 weeks and it's deeply affecting me especially since I am looking to finally start being more mature about my earnings. My customers are seeing seller can not currently receive payments at this time.

I have a sole prop and want to utilize it for this business so I am on the verge of opening up a small business cheking account with either major bank.. or I am thinking of going the netSpend GreenDot way. What I want to know is will paypal 1) allow me to create another account and link it to the same eBay account with no problems of the paypal going bad and 2) will i have to change the info on the eBay to the business account that I will create???

Another thing I was thinking obviously your emphasize is paypal and at the end of the day I WANT PAYPAL. But I was thinking of starting a merchant account, payment gateway all of that. i was hoping maybe you had some insight about this I know they are telling me my only optinos are ProPay and Skrill and there was more which I can't remember..
