Made New Blog,Need Review

What are you looking to accomplish? I noticed a couple clickbank ads on the right but not much otherwise. The content looked alright from a brief glance. How are you looking to monetize the site?
EDIT: I cant say more about the layout and design because as of now it looks fine, but I have found that after things like ads and banners are integrating, a good layout can go to crap if the colors and such look horrible. Otherwise looks good so far

I like the content, its good for beginners. But the blog template is not very good, especially the big white unused space on the right side. And top horizontal menu is also almost unused, you should add something there, its one of the first places people will focus on when they come to you website.

No Prob A big thing I recommend that goes along with what Orbit143 said is that that white space looks out of place. If you find some good image ads or link ads (ex: adsense) you can try to change the colors to make it look like part of the theme itself. That would look nice in that case.

looks to generic to me, fill out the empty spaces with ads,tags,categories,opt-in forms etc...
Allow users to comment and ping back and start building your backlinks. I would work on a different template one which doesn't look like it so generic and frankly simple.

You need to spend some time with your on site SEO to improve rankings and Traffic.
1. One keyword per post 2.5% keyword density
2. Tags use on each post H1 H2 H3 tags
3. Bold, Italic and underline your main keyword
4. Make out going links Rel Nofollow
5. Make sure you link to one site Google loves....like Wikipeadia?
6. Have a contact me page and Privacy policy also copyright on your site
7. Make sure your main keyword is in the image alt tag.
Dont cheat on any of the above and your site will rank well do some back-linking.
